Multi-Specialty Free Medical Camps As part of medical activities, Multi-Specialty free medical camps are conducted for the benefit of the poor and needy. These medical camps are hosted with specializations of General Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Ophthalmology and ENT. In each large medical camp about 3000 patients are served by about 50 Doctors, 50 paramedical staff and about 200 volunteers of the Organization. Consultation, Diagnostics like Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Check-up, Blood Tests, Urine Tests, ECG and Medicine are administered completely free to the patients. Apart from medication, counseling sessions are conducted  to increase awareness of people on hygienic habits, about Nutrition, AIDS etc. Women patients are counseled for cancer, menopause and pregnancy related aspects. Basics of Asana Pranayama Dhyana Prakriya are also taught to the patients.

The Hyderabad centre conducted 11 large Multi-Specialty camps at Repalle, Pyaparru, Nagaram, Garividi, Chilkur, Sankarpally, Narsingi villages in different parts of the state and slums in and around Hyderabad. Over 20 medium level camps are organized at surrounding villages of Hyderabad. To cater the need of the surrounding villages of Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad, A Free Clinic was initiated by His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Guru Viswa Sphoorthi in 2006 at the Spiritual Centre Dhyana(Mano)Prasthan. The clinic, named as ‘Sphoorthi Free Clinic’ also serves the patients who have attended Multi specialty camps and need further treatment. Over 40000 patients are benefited till date from the camps and follow up clinics in Andhra Pradesh.

The Nagpur centre conducted over 10 Multi-Specialty and Eye Camps in various villages around Nagpur. Free cataract operations were arranged to nearly 350 patients and over 900 spectacles were distributed freely.
